Policies
Deposit:
Required within 7 days of booking. The amount depends on length of stay. Payment in full is due 60 before arrival.
Cancellations:
No
refunds within 90 days of arrival unless I am able to rent the unit.
The difference between actual funds received and amount you paid will
be refunded, less a $200 service fee.
$100 cancellation fee outside 60 days prior to arrival.
Remaining funds will be returned.
Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.
